「I chose to stay at this hotel because of its convenience and accessibility to nearby attractions. While the property itself was nice, welcoming, and has a lot of potential, I expected a higher level of service. At one point during my stay, I was trying to receive service near the pool area, but no staff members were present. I reported this issue to the front desk. 「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」

「Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was great, air conditioning worked great. Wi-Fi was just OK. My only complaints were that there was very loud music coming from the neighbors on a Saturday night when I stayed there, and the road to the property from the main road isn't the greatest.」
