「The Royalton was nice. The staff was friendly. It didn’t have as many amenities such as a variety of live performances and activities as other Royalton facilities I have stayed at. I had diamond club but didn’t feel any diamond club love!! At all! Our butlers just texted good morning, never really asked what we had planned for the day or how they could assist us! They never let us know anything exclusive to diamond club members and it felt like a waste of money. Diamond clubs at other Royaltons...

「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」

「Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was great, air conditioning worked great. Wi-Fi was just OK. My only complaints were that there was very loud music coming from the neighbors on a Saturday night when I stayed there, and the road to the property from the main road isn't the greatest.」
