「Our stay was good, staff was wonderful」

「All-inclusive was the way to go! We booked this trip for a graduation and birthday celebration and it couldn’t have gone any better! It was so good we wanted to extend our trip. We will definitely be back and felt like The Landings was the perfect spot in St Lucia! Amazing staff, villas with private hot tubs and convenient to excursions, restaurants/bars and boat marinas!」

「I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.」

「Beautiful resort, initially impressed by the room thought it was amazing until i started to use things. Took a shower and noticed that the water took a long time to drain. Couple hours later, maintenance knocked on the door and asked if we used the shower, i responded yes about an hour or 2 ago. He said the ceiling had a leak in the room below, i told him that the shower was backed up and he took a look and said he would be back tomorrow to fix it, Did not see maintenance again until 2 days...
