「Great staff. Newly renovated, close to everything.」

「I am genuinely surprised by the positive reviews this hotel has received, as my experience was extremely disappointing. The only significant advantage of this property is its location. It is within walking distance of the Marina, where there are much better dining options. Upon arrival, our room was noticeably unclean. The bed sheets and pillowcases appeared stained, and some spots even resembled mold. I requested that the room be cleaned and the linens replaced on the second day of our stay....

「I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.」

「I liked that it was ‘all inclusive’. And though, obviously an older building/hotel (we initially had some challenges with power in the circuits, which was sorted in no time), the staff were tremendously helpful and pleasant. We were also close to shops & other amenities in Rodney Bay.」

They are located in a walkable area so that you get to experience night life and local food. The staff is so friendly. The rooms are spacious and family oriented. This is a must try for anyone looking for a great place to stay in St. Lucia. By the way the views are amazing.」
