「Our stay was incredible. Fulvio was an incredible host and exceeded our expectations. He was so accommodating with our need for an additional night and we were always met with kindness. The room was always clean, Fulvio was accessible for anything we needed. The property is in a great spot in Florence and we were so grateful to be staying here. The room was the wonder and a pretty big space. We hope to be coming back and booking here again.」

「Beautiful room, very clean, big comfortable bed in the king deluxe and great location. No lotion or tissues in bathroom and if you need anything, reception is only available until 8pm except for emergencies- we needed an iron because ours broke and would have been charged if we called after 8pm for a non-emergency- would definitely stay again.」

「Amazing property, we stayed in the one bedroom apartment which had a full living room, kitchen, bedroom with a ton of closet space and large bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and knew us by name right away. It was super convenient to walk to everything being centrally located. 」

「Fabulous old building but fully refurbished with modern suites. Only 12 suites, all unique with 2 on each floor. Loads of room. Staff fabulous. Only minus point is there’s no bar or restaurant, but it is located within an area that has literally hundreds on its doorstep. Would definitely stay there again.」

「酒店位置很好，附近有米开朗基罗广场和波波洛花园，过桥走十分钟就到乌菲兹美术馆，酒店建筑历史悠久，但是房间内设施比较现代，而且房间很干净，入住的时候管理人员会给你介绍酒店设施，休闲吧的咖啡免费自助，早餐18欧一人，花园不如照片上看到的大，比较小巧精致，酒店的大门白天是开放的，所以如果住在大门口那栋楼上房间的话，需要注意个人财物，因为我们有一天回来的时候发现房门开了，当然我们没有留贵重物品在房间所以也没有遗失，但是不知道是外来的人打开的还是内部人打开的，另外我们入住了三个晚上，但是客房清洁服务三天都没有提供，这个有点糟糕」

「The hotel was gorgeous, clean, and the rooms were big. My room had a bedroom, a living room, and the beds were comfortable. The location was good too as it was away from the main bar scene of Florence but walking distance (15-25 min) to everything Florence had to offer. The hotel has no amenities but worth it.」
