This is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The location is fantastic, we did not have to walk more than 10 minutes for any major attraction. The apartment itself was luxurious, clean, and just absolutely beautiful. The shower was so relaxing, and we were even given complimentary wine! There is a vending machine with alcoholic beverages, sodas, and water, as well as an ice machine. Plus, the washing machine allowed us to get some laundry done mid trip! I have never written a hotel review before, but this hotel absolutely blew my mind and I will be recommending it to anyone traveling to Florence.

We love this place so much! The stuff is so nice and communicative. The apartment is very clean with beautiful furniture and quality appliances. It is very quiet and in the safe area. We will definitely come back if we visit Florence again.

We LOVED this property. I would go back to this apartment for sure. Staff was on sight super helpful and the unit was remodeled and clean. Everything worked and was perfect. They even had lockers in the building so you could explore the city before checking in or after checking out. 10 out of 10.

Our stay was amazing. The location was very convenient and the apartment was pristine. It was very clean and comfortable - definitely one of the nicest apartments I've stayed in Europe. The washer/dyer was a huge bonus, as we had been travelling for 14 days before arriving and having laundry done was a big concern. Silvia, the property manager, was an absolute blessing. She met us promptly upon arrival and made sure that we had everything we needed to be comfortable. She was prompt, courteous, kind, responsive and very professional. She made our stay memorable.

Exactly what we needed!

4 night stay as part of our honeymoon. The woman on reception was excellent, gave us a full explanation of the suite and how it worked, what was included and such. She also gave us some restaurant recommendations which turned out to be lovely and really tasty. They provided us a handy information sheet with contact numbers, local supermarkets and other technical info on the apartment. Was a really gorgeous interior dine to a high standard. The only thing, which is more feedback, is that the suite we stayed in did not have a mirror in the upstairs, where the clothes storage and bed were. Not a dealbreaker but made getting dressed a bit more of a hassle. Overall an excellent place and perfectly situated. Have already enquired about a further stay next year.
