Fabulous location and building, excellent single room for a week long stay. Staff were great, always pleasant and helpful, and being able to eat breakfast on the rooftop terrace was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter needed a place to stay for an evening. I was able to book this great place from the United States, on line. She said that the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quaint, plus she was fortunate enough to be able to check in early (normally I don’t think so, but I’m not sure). Large room. Very quiet. Comfy bed. Clean. Few minutes walk to Duomo and restaurents, museums and art galleries. Pleasent staff. Nice selection for breakfast. Fantatic view of florence from terrace in breakfast room. Only criticism was the fridge wasnt wirking. Staff tried to adjust the temerature, but was broken. Informed staff again. Fridge was not replaced, I was there for 5 days

Amazing Stay & View in Florence

Wonderful and charming stay in one of the less touristy areas of the city. Very central location and the hotel has a certain charm to it. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The best part about it is the balcony / roof by the lobby. It has an excellent view. Good AC in the rooms (and it was HOT)

Property was amazing and from the 15th century. Rooms was very large and clean. Host was on time and very helpful when needed. A little loud outside from 11-12pm but bearable. Would stay there again for sure. Also has an elevator which was very convenient .

Overlook of basilica

Our room was overlooking the basilica. Awesome view especially in the evening. Staff was very helpful. Could get a five except for breakfast, which was mostly bread types.

The location and the view were incredible. We watched the sunset on the rooftop which was breathtakingly beautiful! Breakfast included. Very reasonable price. Worth it. The staff were very friendly. Love to go back again.
