「Massimo ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Im Zimmer war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber und das Badezimmer war schön! Das Frühstück in der Bar war lecker und authentisch. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.」

「Nice room, good space, modern, easy check in, friendly check in process - there is no 'front desk' as such so we had to arrange a time to meet someone to collect keys. this was an easy process.」

「Ottima struttura , ben collegata ai servizi ma sopratutto in zona strategico per raggiungere facilmente molti punti di interesse anche a piedi , esempio Molo Beverello ,Centro storico , zona lungo mare . La camera molto curata , con tutto il necessario ,letto comodissimo., una bella sorpresa e stata la doccia con cromo therapia . 」

「Stayed in the single room with small balcony for one night. Room allocated overlooked a busy side street. You can hear the hustle and bustle noise from the street below when windows are left open and there is absolutely no noise when all windows are closed :-). I'd recommend staying for 1 or 2 night's stay in the room. The property is well situated for local shops, bars, restaurants and very safe for single female travellers. I had a very early morning departure, and, breakfast was made...

「great location in Santa Lucia, room was comfortable , the AC was cool and it was quiet. The breakfast was nice with lovely service, I’m gluten free and they got pastries in for me especially. Would stay again if visiting Naples. 」

「The hotel, staff and room were amazing. The one negative was that, without any advance notice, the hotel’s restaurant was closed to a private function on both nights, a Thursday and Friday. For a Michilen starred restaurant, that would be unheard of in the US. What made it a bit worse is the staff were clearly uncomfortable with the situation, and would simply say the restaurant was “fully booked,” which was not quite accurate. 」
