We loved our accommodations, the place was perfect for us. Location was a walk away from the waterfront. Thank you Cesare for all your help and your hospitality. There was also a wonderful selection of breakfast items to choose from along with perfect espresso or cappuccino.

Overall, a nice stay. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working properly, which made the room uncomfortable, especially during the warmer weather. With a functioning A/C, the experience would have been much better. (They did offered to change the room at last minute though)

Beautiful property with an interesting theme. I wish I had more time to explore. This B&B is located perfectly close to the water. We were able to walk to the boardwalk in under a minute and enjoy a scenic walk by the waters, have dinner, and drinks. The breakfast was delicious and lots of variety for everyone's preference. The room was clean and comfortable. We'll maintained. However we did see some mold around the shower area.

The property was located about 15-20 minutes walk from major attractions like the basilica and the opera house. Parking was a 5 minute walk from the property and the access was very tight for an economy car. The accommodations were generally clean. The shower had mold in the tiles and there was only one very small bar of soap and some packets of liquid soap. It would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner. It was 97 degrees and 80% humidity on the day we were there and the air conditioner did not work. The staff were very responsive but were not able to resolve the issue, and there were no other rooms available so we slept in a hot room for the evening. The B&B staff procured a 30% discount on the room which was very understanding.

Struttura pulita e accogliente, posizione molto comoda. Purtroppo il materasso della stanza era un po' scomodo, andrebbe considerato un suo rinnovamento

I absolutely loved this place. It is in an old building, authentic Italian style with a courtyard and a concierge downstairs, not particularly easy to find, on the third floor with a quirky elevator. But the staff was so helpful and friendly. The place is clean and breakfast was excellent. The location seems a little off the main path, but turned out to be great. It is just one block away from the waterfront. Although there were several great public transportation options just a block away, even with my room in the front of the hotel it was quiet. It felt like I had a safe, clean, friendly home while I was in Naples.
The hotel is the yellow building on the left, with a green door.
The elevator is very narrow and requires a coin when the building concierge is there, but worked well.
