"The Elements restaurant is superb for dinner. My husband and I had baked “catch of the day” and was filleted and served right at our table. It was sumptuous. The rooms are well appointed and sitting on the balcony was delightful as you’re overlooking the bay and Castel dell Ovo."

"The hotel room was super clean, plenty of towels etc. My only criticism is that the tub is really not accessible to older people. I found it slippery and difficult to get in and out of. I would not come again, although I loved the atmosphere, the breakfast and the location."

"The hotel was delightful. They have kept up the vibe of it's former glory as a Palace. The housekeeping were exceptional cleaning the room everyday and setting up the room in the evening by turning on AC. We always came back to a nice cool room after being out in the heat all day. The location is incredible on a pedestrain-only street with lovely shops and restaurants. Interestingly we took the undergound Naples tour in the Spanish Quarter and walked through tunnels underground. The exit was at the hotel, which was terrific. We learned additional historical significant information about it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Shout-out Gino who was always pleasant and helpful at breakfast."
