「El hotel está súper bien ubicado, con muy buenas instalaciones y un desayuno súper rico y completo. Todo el personal fue muy amable, me recomendaron lugares para cenar y hasta me ayudaron a reservar un tour. A 5 minutos caminando del puerto, si vuelvo a Nápoles seguro me volveré a hospedar ahí!」

「A clean, comfortable unit in a great part of Napoli. We only stayed one night but it would be perfect for a longer stay. Barbara made contact prior to our stay and met us as planned. We were grateful for the local tips. Five stars.」

「We had a great stay! Communication was great. Emailed the morning of with very specific details which was very helpful. Location of hotel was perfect, near the port and shopping. Skyhouse gave us the name of a driver they use to help people get around and he was amazing! We used him many times throughout the stay, honest and great guy! Took the worry out of having to get a taxi. Great service start to finish!」

「First off, it's NOT a Hotel, it's an air BnB. NOT what I Wanted. Air Conditioning was NOT Working, They Opened a Window and Supplied Me with a Fan. Being that I Slept with The Window Open it Was Hard to Sleep with All the Noise coming from Outside. I Tried looking for another Hotel, but EVERYTHING Was Booked or Out of My Price Range. There is NO Bar/Lounge or Deli. Staff DIDN'T Speak English, Friendly though. The ONLY Time I saw The Staff was when I was Leaving in The Morning. I DIDN'T see any...

「Room was almost brand new. Fully renovated nicely. Balcony was awesome. Staff (the name escapes me) met us at the hotel for check in after hours at 7:00 PM and was super friendly and nice. Staff communicated via WA prior to arrival and gave very clear instructions on how to access the rooms. Balcony was awesome and had a great view. 「Location is good, quiet and close to the center. The room itself is nice, spacious and recently renovated. Beware that the steps up are substantial. Also, this is essentially a renovated apartment and the « lobby » is right outside the door of all the rooms, which makes for a noisy morning. 」

「Well sized rooms overlooking Galleria Umberto. A useful communal area with coffee machine, seating and access to a small balcony area. We were not sure about having breakfast tickets for a cafe in the Galleria - but it worked really well, the pastries were always fresh and the coffee good. And there was the possibility to add items for those with larger appetites. Mario was very helpful and made some great recommendations for for eating out. would definitely recommend」
