Great spot in the heart of the Spanish Quarter!

We loved this spot in the heart of the Spanish Quarter! Yuri was super helpful and friendly and the room was perfect for a family of 4. We were right next to restaurants and shopping as well as the port for ferries to the Amalfi Coast and Capri. The bathroom was huge and there were 2 small balconies. It was a wonderful spot- would stay there again!

Nice location and clean rooms

It’s very clean and a nice place with a great location. I found it strange the only bedding they provide was a top and bottoms sheet. Covers or comforters were not provided in the room.

This is a unique property in the Spanish Quarter. Vehicles cannot drive to the entrance, which is very difficult to find if you think you are looking for a traditional hotel. It would be helpful for the hotel to send a photo of the entrance or post one on the website so it would be easier to find. However, once you find it, it's a great spot. So central to everything and spotlessly clean. A wonderful little balcony overlooking the chaotic street that is surprisingly quiet at night. Wonderful front desk staff. Convenient baggage storage at a small fee. As a woman traveling alone, I would like to have had a deadbolt on the door for extra security.

Room was clean and modern, but only suitable for 2/3 night stays and definitely for the younger traveller. It should be made clear you have to traverse awful cobbled roads to get to it as taxis are not allowed close. There are no drawers or shelves, having a hanging rail which is 4 steps up from the main area. No comfortable seat. There is a small table and chairs, but had to use the table to put things on.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons pu récupérer notre chambre dès 12h au lieu de 14h. Le réceptionniste était adorable il a pris le temps de nous proposer des adresses et des lieux de visites supers. La chambre était très belle et spacieuse très propre et surtout très silencieuse malgré l’emplacement en plein cœur de Naples. Un très bel établissement

..foi surpreendente a localização, muitos pontos turísticos ao redor com apenas uma caminhada; a Galeria Umberto I há 50 metros. Quarto espaçoso, limpo, clean, cama ótima, lençóis de qualidade; recepcionista, Hilária, muito atenciosa e nos auxiliando….se voltarmos a Nápoles ficaremos no mesmo local…indicamos a Osteria Il Gobbeto, ao lado, para as refeições, seus pratos são maravilhosos!!
