Reasonable rate with breakfast included so that was a bonus. Not the cleanest condition though and when we asked for towels and toilet paper they only brought two towels for the 4 of us… and no toilet paper so we had to buy our own.

Luxcity Hotel & Apartment
In Phnom Penh, you do not have to pay too much attention to the hotel location. Tuktuk rides do not cost you much if you wish to have a drink at night. WH Hotel 310
The stay was subpar. The room had a weird smell when we entered and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. It was very noisy, heard cars all night every night. Was also charged for a small food stain that could easily be taken out by the laundry team. Scam.
