When I told the staff that my flight is in theorning, they asked me if I needed any pick-up service directly, promising me that if there was any suitable room, they would let me check in first. 「Big and great room. Very intelligent thought out design of room and building. Didn't like the bed because it was too stiff. Couldn't have a good night sleep for the whole week. Air con was not cleaned and so I had a difficult time breathing and it was making my throat sore. Finally to many bugs entering my room. Other than that it was a very elegant room. Wished the table was bigger and that's it.」
