Reasonable rate with breakfast included so that was a bonus. Not the cleanest condition though and when we asked for towels and toilet paper they only brought two towels for the 4 of us… and no toilet paper so we had to buy our own.

Luxcity Hotel & Apartment
In Phnom Penh, you do not have to pay too much attention to the hotel location. Tuktuk rides do not cost you much if you wish to have a drink at night. Shangri-La Phnom Penh
Very warm welcome on arrival, lovely room and great stay generally. We stayed 2 nights and opted for breakfast inclusive which was a fabulous experience. The buffet offers everything and anything you might want for breakfast, very impressive set up and a delicious pastry selection.
