"The Dagny is the epitome of a wonderful hotel. The location is perfect.
Central to restaurants, coffee shops, historic locations, and the waterfront. Being in the financial district the hotel invokes the art deco presence in the area. The restaurant in the hotel, Fin Point is delicious with a carefully curated menu of flavors and quality. The Tradesman coffee shop is also located in the hotel and has a variety of pastries, coffee, and teas with an iron urban feel. We have reserved this hotel every time we have to travel to Boston for medical appointments in the city. We travel from Maine and to be able to come here and have the wonderful customer service that we specifically experienced today is why we come.
Dina checked us in and she not only greeted us with a beautiful welcoming smile, she also provided the best customer service ever. She texted us checking in to see how our stay was going and immediately responded back after a request I had. We ordered room service which is the attached restaurant in the hotel and the food was really good! We had the shrimp tacos ... probably the best we have had. The salads were fresh and crispy. The chicken was tender and the butternut squash soup was the best medicine for our emotionally taxing day. This hotel is number one for us. So please come and see for yourself. The hotel has a lot to offer. From valet to the food, to concierge service and more. We truly recommend this hotel. Ask for Dina"
