「The person at the main gate wasn’t there when I went out and retuned from church service and wasn’t apologetic or no sign indicating that he’ll be back in few minutes. i waited for about 4 to 5 minutes and even have to call front desk to informed them that the main door was locked Location wise this place is anideal stay whenever I will be in the city. I know it was a one off thing, overall, good find, budget friendly. 」

「Honestly it’s close to the beach port (Meeting place for tours), the stay itself is essentially you get what you paid for, nothing fancy, no amenities, no kettle, just a room with 1 pillow, 1 sheet, a bathroom, a washroom. Room has an air condition. You get a discount if you book a tour with them. No restaurant, you have to look for a place to eat, 1 person roughly $10-$12 USD for a a meal. Staff are nice! 」

「The owner moved us to his aother hotel named JM Pension because a guest was sick and stayed in the room of Novie's for a few more days. JM Pension is next to Novie's. Price is the same, deco average, clean, small but with a balcony. What satisfies me most are the hotel staff, especially Ems, she is super nice and helpful and friendly! The only con is every morning the roosters wake you up at about 5. And there are too many of them. Guess there might be less of them in the town.」

「This is a great place to stay on a budget. The owner stayed up late for us after we had a flight delay, we arrived at about 2230. The room is large, the bathroom works and they provide breakfast to your room at 0700. They also can arrange your underground river tour, they walk you straightaway to the boat. Also, know going in that it is a small budget place in the jungle, they may or may not have any hot water. 」
