"First up...the tricycle driver who picked up us brought us to the old and wrong spot for boat pickup. We finally called and said there will be a late fee of 700 per room cause we were not there at 2.00. We were there for 2 but was dropped off at wrong terminal. They did not want to hear about it neither and make it right. The property itself does not at all look like the pics u see online when there were newer. "This is a once in a lifetime experience. There are no words to explain how beautiful it is there. The staff truly care about it’s patrons and were so kind. Brylle and Vanessa were fantastic. Along with all of this food and beverage department. Everything was excellent. On top of everything else that was so great, there were actual monkeys outside our deck along the limestone cliffs having breakfast."
