「This is an exceptional property!」

「the hotel needs some repair. the carpeting leading upstairs is tattered and worn. in our room the sink was cracked in numerous spots. the plating covering the shower to the wall was horrible. it looked like rust and dead bugs on it. the toilet paper holder was old and discolored, as if the metal was stripped of its original plating. the people were nice and complimentary. everyone was polite. 」

「We like the Drury hotel chain and try to stay at one when we travel. This one was by far the BEST one of all. It was Very clean the entire staff we had contact with was just wonderful. From the front desk staff to the dining room staff, to the bar staff EVERYONE was pleasant and a pleasure to talk to. If there was an 11 I would give it to them. I will recommend my family and friends to stay here.」

「Great stay! Would definitely come back! The only thing I didn't like was that the front desk closes at 6pm and doesn't open until after 8am so if you have an issue during that time you can't ask anyone. If you get locked out, there's a person for emergencies but we had a billing question. We left around 8 and set our keys next to the desk but didn't "officially" check out. I had to call later about my billing question. Not the end of the world but longer desk hours would help. 」

「Bathtub was dirty. Could hear neighbors, especially upstairs neighbors. Was woken at 9 even when they knew i was checking out.」

「We were in town for a volleyball tournament with our daughter and her team. The hotel was a quick 2 min walk to the convention center. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet started early at 6a so the the team had time to eat before walking to the convention center. many negative comments about the traffic noise but we always travel with a white noise machine so we had no issues with noise. we had a great stay! 」

「They didn’t have any extra towels, toilet and tub was half clean but I always carry cleaning supplies but other than that issue I would give a perfect 10. I was also amazed to see that the pool was very clean which mad the stay even better. The guest service was nice.」
