"The location of this hotel is amazing. It was just a 4 min walk to Climate Pledge Arena and the Space Needle area. The staff are exceptional and the roof top deck overlooking the water and city is absolutely stunning. There are also lots of great restaurants nearby to choose from. I would definitely stay here again. "

"It is a wonderful place to stay, but the TV in my room did not work. It turned on, sure, but it was so laggy, and slow. It reset constantly, which made it harder for me to get the kids to settle down after a long day driving. The staff was OUTSTANDING, Breakfast was excellent, and the property was beautiful. An excellent place to stay, I recommend it highly. "

"A decent place to stay when exploring the Ballard area. Walking distance to everything. Room was small and well-equipped. Walls are very thin, so having earplugs provided was much appreciated. Seems strange to offer a coffee machine in the room without mugs, but we walked downstairs to the kitchen to grab one. Walls need a good clean, but everything else was pretty good."

"We had a really pleasant stay at this Quality Inn. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which set the tone right away. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, even with it being pet‑friendly — a huge plus since I was traveling with our dog. The room was clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. The only thing keeping this from being a 5‑star stay is the pool and hot tub area. They could definitely use some maintenance and attention. It wasn’t a deal‑breaker, but it stood out compared to how well everything else was taken care of. All good! "
