「They had listed breakfast provided - it was not! the front desk person on in the late afternoon is surly and barely civil - clearly wants to do as little as possible Overall, a bit over priced for barely adequate 」

「The check-in experience - Blake - was exceptional and went out of his way to get us into room type we requested. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the coffee bar was a nice treat. It was an overall very pleasant stay and a good value. 」

「房內的暖風機很嘈，半夜需要關掉，隔離馬路有間路宿者中心，有露宿者聚集，行去pike market大約10-15分鐘，泊車位置在對面碼路，需要付CAD35連稅. 需要用信用卡depositCAD100繳付，check out後退回尾數！雙人床房比較細，放下兩個28寸喼會窄！廁所乾淨及床都舒服！Lobby有水提供，早上有咖啡提供，Reception 有禮貌，讚！」

「1.沙發床響聲太大床墊太薄，睡眠環境很差，應該大幅改善。 2.清潔人員似乎經驗不足，清潔時間都記錯，而且浴簾拆卸後忘了掛上新的。」
