Me and my partner were super excited even before we arrived at CitizenM in Seattle. The room was perfectly as described and pictured; clean, modern, and cozy! The staffs were super helpful at the self check-in. The hotel was right in downtown Seattle, with lots of places to explore. The experience here was spectacular and we would definitely book here again the next time we visit!

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. This location was extremely convenient and very walkable - we did not need to rent a car. We were able to take light rail almost the entire way to the hotel from SEA airport. Loved the funky vibe and artsy feel.

My boyfriend and I came here for his 30th birthday and had such a great time. Everyone at the front desk was so nice and helpful, the bar staff was attentive and friendly. It’s very walkable and in a convenient location. My only cons would have to be how small the room is, how uncomfortable the pillows and blanket were, and how the iPad to control everything in the room didn’t really work. The tv didn’t work well either which sucked but overall it was a nice stay!
