Poor room layout and design. The sink is outside the bathroom, very inconvenient and it is blocked somehow with bad drainage. The a/c is loud. Can’t sleep!

Excellent location, free parking and friendly staff! Our first view wasn't great, but they let us move to a room with a view of the Space Needle when I asked. Breakfast was mediocre but included, so thats a bonus! It had all the basics: scrambled eggs, sausage, a waffle maker, oatmeal and tons of toppings! Also cereal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and the usual beverages. I appreciated the secure parking. You can either park out front or in a locked parking garage that you access with your room card. I would definitely stay again, especially for the price!

Great location, but paying extra for parking and $35 a night when you are already paying almost 200 for the night is greedy. This is the first and last hotel I will ever stay at that does not include parking for its guests in the nightly rate. It was not transparent when making reservation. Also the entrance was very difficult to find and drive in to as well as very small room and bathrooms. The bed was uncomfortable and too hard with just a cheap mattress topper that still couldn't make the bed soft enough without pain in hips and back and shoulders for side sleepers. The check in process was very easy and quick, staff was very friendly and the lobby and decor was warm and inviting.

Great breakfast options, cannoli shop nearby, we had a view of the Space Needle, but the windows were very dirty. Small parking lot, but always found a spot.

A fast food restaurant was nearby. Bus stops were nearby. It was an eight minute walk from Space Needle to the hotel. Streetcars were nearby. Honestly, they offered me an early check-in, which was a good thing. The room was clean. I stored my luggage and baggage before doing adventure stuff at the pier, such as Argosy Cruise. After the cruise, I grabbed a quick lunch before heading to Lumen Field for a tour. Free breakfast was necessary. The dining room was next to the fitness center. The fitness center was clean and useful for exercising. There were streaming services on TV such as Netflix, YouTube, etc. I even watched my own videos on YouTube while on bed. There was free Wi-Fi without the password. No maid service was necessary. Overall, it was well worth it.

I loved the list of places to go eat at I was given at check in. The staff was very friendly. The lighting in the room was not conducive to two women trying to get ready at the same time. There were no lights around the long mirror, which was bad when trying to do your makeup and hair. The closet cabinet was definitely not big enough for two people who had big, poofy petticoats and skirts. *lol* The breakfast variety could have been a little better. Not everyone can handle jalapeños with their eggs and no bacon on the weekend was a major bummer for me. The one real issue we had with our room was the sink. The drain was not working properly and on Saturday night, it decided that it was done. There was a clog somewhere in the line and every time we ran water, it would drain super slowly. We really appreciated that we were able to leave our luggage at the front desk on Sunday and go back to enjoy the last day of the convention. We will probably be back next year for the convention, since it’s so easy to get there with the transit system! :)

The bed was very uncomfortable. And when I checked in, it should’ve only been a $50 incidental charge but they charged me $110. And yes, this will fall off eventually but it is the principal. Breakfast was good and the staff were nice.

The room was basic and the staff felt the same. We did not get a view of the space needle which was what i was expecting when i booked the room and also these was no pool even though Google had photos of one. Apparently they renovated 5 years ago and the pool is no longer available. Parking was an extra $35 for the night and the spots they had were a nightmare. Breakfast was included but it was a 3 out of 10 if i am being honest. I would not choose this Hotel again.
