"I've been staying at the B Ocean for years. The owners have been neglecting the property. Carpets in the hallways and grimy and old. Doors and furniture in rooms is dinged and chipped. Time to renovate or lower the room charge for the downgraded experience. Valet charge at $57/night is out of control, for bad service. They never pick up the phone when you call. The hotel staff is great! "

A special thank you to Nicole for her outstanding hospitality—she made sure every detail was taken care.I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again. The only feedback I would share is that the Wi-Fi could be stronger, and the building could benefit from some light renovations, as it is an older property. Overall, still a very pleasant stay!"

"The room and breakfast were fine but an airport hotel without a shuttle service is almost a deal breaker, especially there are no restaurants anywhere in the area. The Embassy Suites next door is a much better choice."
