「Horrible stay! Left a day earlier. The room I received was used and not cleaned. The pillows had the shape of the head from being used and wet towel hanging from the a chair. They gave me a new room. The hotel overall was dirty, all the hallway carpet had large stains, dirt in every corner, the lobby was extremely dirty including sofas, ball of hair/dust in every corner. Horrible, I’m never coming back! 」

「Not enough seating for the pool. They didn’t clean our rooms until 4:30pm after we complained about them not coming at all. A lot of people didn’t have wrist bands on that were mandatory to be at the resort. No one enforced the red band rule. We felt like a lot of people weren’t supposed to be on the private beach and pool area. 」
