"The property is right on the beach and really easy to get too. The staff was really nice. They do not replace your sheets unless requested. They only replace linens every 3 days so if that’s not cool for you I wouldn’t stay here. They also don’t give you towels when they clean the rooms. You have to request them and I did not receive the face towels I wanted when I asked. They provide free beach towels and chairs if you’re going to the beach which was really nice and you get 15% off the restaurants connected to the hotel for all meals and Meet Dalia gives you a free breakfast. It’s enough unless you want eggs and meats. You can’t hear the room next to you however you can hear when people slam the door in the hallways. If you’re coming for a few days it’s a good hotel!"

"This is a property I would choose to visit again. We were there during spring break so it was very busy. The seating at the pool area was very limited but there was plenty of seating down at the beach area. The fact that chairs are included down at the beach area was a huge bonus. The rooms were clean and sufficient. The water did have a brown tint to it so we avoided drinking it, but it seemed fine for showers. "

"Airport shuttle was prompt. Check-in was smooth. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Small food grill store available for meals."

"This property is outdated. The bathroom had rust, chips on the door, stained tub and a mold smell to it. The wooden furniture was chipped. But you get what you paid for. I’ll never stay here again. If your funds are low, you’re in a bind , you don’t care about esthetics, and you don’t mind people smoking weed out front, then this is the place for you. "

"The resort was very busy with Spring Break and holidays but it was clear the hotel wasn’t staffed appropriately to support the surge. When we checked in another guest was expressing concerns that a supervisor was supposed to call her for 2 days but hadn’t. Then when I arrived to my room, I realized it was an accessible room. I called the front desk to see if we could be moved and I was told a supervisor would contact me. I never heard from them. At the beach, they overbooked the bed I was in but they eventually got it sorted out. The frozen drink machines stopped working on 2 occasions (for hours) over 4 days. Finally, they were out of pool/beach seat covers everyday and towels were sparse on 2 days. I’ve had plenty of great stays here but this time the customer service was lacking. "

"I booked two rooms at this hotel, my bank declined the second charge for the second room because it thought it was a fraud. When I showed up, the hotel canceled the booking for the second room. Me and my family had to leave with no place to stay at 2:30 am in Miami. Hotels.com attempted to get me a refund from the hotel the next day but the hotel still refused."
