"The breakfast is great with lots of variety, definitely worth the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back to this hotel and location is good enough if you don’t mind walking (we did and were hitting 25k steps per day) or using the public transportation which is also very good to get around."

"Nice hotel. Perfect for families with kids. It was a nice break for my kids to be able to play in the pool and they had fun with the free arcade games. The gym was clean and big. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because the mattress in our room should be replaced. It was sunken in. There were also some ants in the room. Besides those two issues, everything was great."

"Nice hotel with spacious rooms. But our room was not cleaned multiple times whilst we were out for the whole day. They don’t replace coffee and milk pods in the room unless asked (which we had to do every day). Staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good."

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we truly appreciated being accommodated with an early check-in. The level of service throughout our stay was excellent. Housekeeping kept the room clean and refreshed every day, which made a big difference in our comfort. At one point, I wasn’t feeling well and needed hot water for tea—without hesitation, the staff quickly assisted me with kindness and care. Overall, we are very impressed with the hospitality and attention to detail. The team here clearly takes pride in making guests feel comfortable and supported. "Rooms were be y clean and bathroom was decent size…also updated! The staff were very helpful. We came back late and there was someone by the desk! A good hotel right next to the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel entrance ….literally just cross the street!"

We got there and we were informed that they do not have two rooms that they had one appartment.... at the end we had to stayed in an "apartment" with one room that was divided into two by a door. Terrible service. They did not clean the room the second day because they were busy..."
