Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. 「I highly recommend staying at any Faranda Collection hotel. This one in Cartagena is brand new, and I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. From the attentive staff to being just a few steps away from the beach, everything was perfect. The hotel is about a 10–15 minute ride from the airport and roughly the same distance to all the main tourist spots. An excellent location and a wonderful experience overall.」
