Would NOT recommend!! Look elsewhere for accommodations in Colombia
Pros- beautiful ocean side property with 2 pools. Lunch was good had fresh fruits and fresh juices that were good. Also locations was close to the airport so that was convenient. Drinks were good and strong.
Cons
Property is outdated with thin walls. No hot water on the first night.
Staff does not speak English. I encountered maybe 5 people who spoke English fluently. Very frustrating that more staff aren’t trained to speak English. It appears as though primarily Colombians come to this resort and they obviously cater more to them so maybe that’s why.
Even though location was decent being close to the airport and about 20 minutes from the city there is so much construction going on that our uber drivers kept getting lost trying to get back to the property
Food was so limited in options. Buffet was available for breakfast and lunch but not dinner. Dinner was limited to 3 restaurants and they weren’t always all open. We had to leave the resort for good food at dinner. Not many American food choices.
There was almost no entertainment. The resort was quiet for most of the time we were there until the weekend when it started to liven up a bit.
On the last night of our trip they declined alcohol due to some law that alcohol was prohibited during Colombian elections despite the fact that I already paid for it as an all inclusive package. They refused to reimburse me.
Awful establishment I won’t be back!
