「So beautiful. Quiet. Clean. 」

「The room was very comfortable, clean, upgraded and well lit. The location was not too far from the airport or zona romantica. There is also a vegan cafe - viva la vegan within 10 min walking distance for any vegans out there. The pool on the roof top is beautiful. Live music/DJ was ok and a bit loud. View is great and you can also walk down to the beach of the neighboring resorts. Our room faced the ocean and the road and was noisy at times due to the traffic. 」

「Siempre ha sido una grata experiencia visitar Villa del Palmar en Pto. Vallarta, el hotel es muy familiar y sus servicios impecables. El único pero que encuentro que normalmente hay demasiados vendedores en su playa, a veces contábamos hasta 8 al mismo tiempo, es incómoda la interrupción. Lo demás perfecto.」

「The hotel itself was nice but the all inclusive was lackluster. Almost an hour to get a very limited room service menu delivery. Food options very limited overall. Spa was nice but service there felt like they were novices. 」

「1.I payed club room with 330USD per day. But live with same room as normal 2. They always made mistake , like not provide me the card, charge me Internet fee. And never say sorry, even they know it's theirw mistake」

Staff are awesome especially to Norma and team , our cleaning lady and room service; Danae , Jaime and team at the chivechiria bar, Raf Ael and marirose at the breakfast and Alejandro in the Italian resto. There's not a lot of activities in the resort, but its a nice place to just relax.」

「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again」
