「Great find!!! Great staff! Awesome spa area which was maintained very well, and fun little bar. The only it did lack was food on premises, but, literally right outside the hotel doors, there are plenty of options! All around a great hotel」

「The hotel is clean and bright and the staff very friendly. It's a short walk to downtown Kenosha. The breakfast was pretty good.」

「The sheets on the bed had a blood spot on the covers. When dining for breakfast someone brought a huge dog in the dining room which I felt was unsanitary. Staff was very polite.Kitchen staff kept food containers full and everything wiped down.」

「Breakfast and staff were great. We had hair that was not ours in the bathroom and only one washcloth for 2 of us. When I spoke with the front desk they were very accomdating and refunded us some of our cost. It should also be noted that there is no elevator in this hotel. 」

「A great value! Room was very clean and well-maintained. Same for the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and bedding seemed clean and was not worn. Breakfast was adequate - typical for the hotel class, with eggs, meat, potatoes, self-cooked waffles, decent coffee and other beverage options, yogurt and cereal options, etc. Very reasonable pet fee of $25 - nice! 「Room was clean ,the room temperature never really got cold enough for me , and the breakfast was decent just not much of a variety day to day but I would stay there again. The staff was very friendly and that would be the final factor for my going back 」

「Took a shower and after about two minutes was ankle deep in water. Let the front desk know but there was no apology or any offer of making it better. She just jotted it down.」

「We love this location and have stayed in it many times. This time our room had a funky smell. It was ok as long as we were running the air conditioner. Also there were ants on the table in-between the beds. We reported it to staff, they said they would have maintenance look into it. Other than that, we love this place and will return again.」
