「We could not enter the property with the code. Eventually the cleaning lady let us in and we left our bags there whilst she finished her job. We returned later and still could not enter with the code. The owners did not respond to the messaging. Finally we got in as other guests were leaving the building. The apartment was clean and the a/c was on. Then the owners messaged us that we could not stay there! We replied that we wanted to stay there. They said there was a maintenance issue. Not that...

「El apartamento muy bello, con lo básico, excelente ubicación. La comunicación con el anfitrión muy eficiente, la cama se dañó y la respuesta en la reparación fue oportuna; sin embargo, se recomienda cambio de la cama, no reparación ya que no era cómoda. Pero contaba con sofá cama que nos salvó. Igualmente se recomienda si o si tener acceso a internet, ya que yo intenté coordinar el día antes para al llegar tener claro lo del ingreso, pero se indica que se da las instrucciones el mismo día, horas...

「If you want to explore Casco Viejo, the location does not get any better than this. The balcony faces Cathedral Plaza and is a quick walk to many galleries, restaurants and clubs. The apartment I was in had lots of charm and a great use of space. The check in and check out process was super easy. Also, the Wynwood team is always available on WhatsApp if there are any issues or if you need anything. 」

「There are properties with similar names so be mindful because taxi still took us to the wrong place despite us being specific about where we were going. The property had everything included in the pictures however, it was a bit aged e.g. couldnt sit in one of the chairs as the base wasnt supported, also could use a deep clean and polish of furniture. The wifi was horrible - it only worked in the living room area if at all and wasnt a good connection. Also dont think the pool location was...
