"Very expensive resort and not to much to do, The rooms are ugly the food is bad and the beach is not even worth going. I loved puerto rico but this resort is the worst ive been to. Not worth it"

"No hot water. And no privacy. Housekeeping opened my door without knocking!!!! Almost walked in on me while changing my clothes. Elevator dosent work. Had to walk up a million steps to the 3rd floor with our luggage. Also tried calling the hotel before checking in to extend my stay and we called 16 times!! With no answer. Horrible experience. "

"Mucho olor a humedad , agua fría para bañarse, la de recepción no tenia idea donde es el parque Dora Colon que queda a menos de 10 minutos del hotel , estacionamiento compartido con el hotel Meliá , estaba lleno y nos ofrecieron que pasáramos luego de las 11:00 pm a revisar si ya había estacionamiento, tuvimos que estacionarnos en el de Ponce Plaza por el módico costo de $80.00 por una noche "
