"The room was a nice size with comfortable beds. Shower was very easy to use. However, the room was not clean and the airport shuttle was not available as promised due to them not taking reservations and assuring that people could make their flights on time. We had to use Uber and staff didn’t seem to care. Also phone in room not really operational which could be a safety hazard."

"The room and bathroom was very clean and well kept! The views were amazing from the balcony and definitely the highlight of my stay. The hotel is walking distance from some good restaurants and coffee shops. The subway is also close by if you want to take the L line into Manhattan. I would definitely stay here again!"

"I usually do not leave reviews, however, there is no way that housekeeping cleans the rooms between guests. Starting with the bathroom, there were balls of hair on the floor and strings of hair stuck to the shower walls. There was hair in the sleeping area floor, on the windowsills, and between the platform and mattress. My sheets were heavily stained and there was the same dark hair in the bed. The rooms were just extremely dirty, which is unacceptable and very unhealthy. Please do better."
