「Our stay was absolutely wonderful at the Lord Elgin in downtown Ottawa. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, very clean. Bar has excellent cocktails. But the best part for me is the valley parking. You have to pay extra for it, but it’s well worth every penny especially during the winter months. Looking forward to going back.」

「Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. 」
