Really happy with our stay! Comfortable room, friendly staff, good food, nice gym, great vibe, and a fun play area for kids/adults/ family ( Greqt ideas btw! ) . The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and we loved that everything felt brand new. We had a small issue with the room lock, but it was fixed right away. We’d definitely stay here again!

The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was very clean and nicely spaced out - we got a 2 queen room - and it was really nicely done The lounge area was fantastic and the bar was nice and cool vibe Parking was really secure and we were within walking distance to all the places you'd want to visit when I Ottawa. I'd go back. It was a great place.

Very nice for the hotel to offer a complimentary drink for each guest. Cleaning staff was too diligent, my son left his drink and toy in the corner of a bench in the lobby and the next minute it was gone. The room we stayed had a periodic awful smell throughout the stay. We love the layout of the room!

Staff was amazing, parking garage was welll lit and clean. I felt the safety features were adequate. However. The drug addicts camped out 20yards from the Hotel is disgusting. Won’t be long before the front door smells like urine and you have to step over a bum. I used to love this City but now it’s gross. It’s filthy, smells like urine, and you are nearly accosted by a begging addict every time you go out for a walk. We saw tents set up between the roadway, herds of drug addicts hanging out. It was never like this.

Had 2 nights stay but after first night stay they blocked my access card to access the room even though paid in advance. They didn’t charge for parking at my sign in time but they blocked my access, which force me to go to counter and that time they asked me to pay for parking. Not sure why they do that but it was irritating

Only complaints: pool was not yet open, and the coffee makers didn’t work (we had 2 during the course of our stay and neither got the job done - both nespresso brand so that was a surprise) Otherwise the staff was amazing, the room was perfect for a family of four with two different sleeping areas (the washroom separated the two beds. The hotel design is modern and still very comfortable. A great main floor lounge area with games to spend an hour or two. Highly recommend!

👍 Personnel aidant et enthousiaste. Chambre très grande et très propre. Très beau lobby et bar avec espace jeux, très amusant. Grand gym bien équipé. 👎 Hébergement avec piscine affiché lors de la réservation, mais piscine non ouverte, on nous réfère à la piscine d’un autre hôtel (gratuitement) à 5min à pieds. Avec 3 jeunes enfants, ce n’était pas idéal. Endroit entouré de travaux, on se fait réveillé au son des constructions. Beaucoup d’itinérance dans le secteur.

Hotel was great price was right locations pretty good A little bit close to a dicey area but you can avoid the homeless with a little bit of self-awareness it's just part of what goes with downtown living in Ottawa. Everything said it was a great trip and Id definitely go back there
