Advertised Bistro/Cafe, breakfast, dinner & cocktail hour. Nothing open entire stay. Parking for truck was offsite in sketchy abandoned graffiti area. Heat didn’t work most of stay. Ice machine was broken. Staff and room were nice but will never go back based on what wasn’t provided. Very disappointing stay.

This is my 2nd time stay. Very clean hotel with roomy kitchen area and comfortable bed. Quiet area but convenient to go to Ottawa . Staff at the front desk are always friendly. Will definitely come back!

Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable - clean and tidy, modern finishes, full fridge was a bonus, temperature was easy to control and manage. Lots of sunlight during the day (heavy curtains blocked it out when needed though). The cafe attached to the hotel was nice, very convenient for breakfast and lunch. Walkable to a good variety of restaurants and parks. Area around the hotel was a bit rundown, lots of condemned buildings, but did not feel unsafe - was quiet at night and peaceful during the day. Hotel building itself is well kept and secure.

All the staff were amazing! Room was exactly as expected, clean and well stocked. Balcony was amazing to have as well. Neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. We only had one small issue (A/C was not working) during our 5 day stay and it was fixed quickly and all the staff were so kind. There was two convenient parking lot options close to the hotel. We will definitely be staying here every time for our yearly trip going forward.
