The suite was very clean and appropriately set up for a family of 4. Location is very convenient, a few minutes walk from Lyon Station and an approx. 15 minutes walk to Parliament. The included buffet breakfast was a hit with the kids, and a great way to start the day. The hotel is located in an area with many government buildings, so it is quiet and away from the more busy nightlife area by Rideau Station.

Clean hotel and room with courteous staff. Breakfast was included in our room rate and the selection was in line with what most hotels usually offer. Parking is available (underground with in and out privileges) at an additional cost but again this is expected in downtown and was cheaper than a lot of other places we had considered. Please do note that the ceiling clearance is quite short so tall/big vehicles wont fit in the underground garage. Check with hotel staff to confirm if your car will fit! Hotel is located just a 10-15minute walk from Parliament Hill and other sites like the war memorial or toonie tours. We also had dinner at their Tulip restaurant which was nice as well and reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant.

Stayed for 3 nights for a family tripwith our 6 and 8 year old. Room was spacious, really liked the kitchenette and table and chairs. Room was extremely clean as well as the whole hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Only downside is the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. The shower was beautiful but the water never got hot- it was just barely warm. We enjoyed the pool- it is very nice. Elevators were quick. Parking was very easy to navigate and get in and out. The hot breakfast included is great. Loved that there was a grocery store across the street. Be aware that many of the smaller restaurants in the area are closed on weekends. It was a great stay, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Everything was perfect. I was super suprised by the continental breakfast buffet, it accommodates alldiets, awide variety. Its not just your normal cereal and toast.. there was options such as; homeade waffles, toppings, chia pudding, freash homeade oatmeal with topping options aswell, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, the list went on and on. Amazing lication, o train right out front as well as Food Basics ( a geocery store) I was on a calorie deficit and I left full, I was very happy with the buffet. Nice pool with cute little fiuntains amd lounge chairs. The rooms are so clean and spectacular, the hotel I found to be very pet friendly and family friendly. The customer services were on point. The beds are comfy, lots of accommodation in the suites. I cant wait to go back there.
