We loved this hotel. It was our favorite in all of Japan. Multiple dining options, spa, happy hour overlooking the city and incredible staff responsiveness were all highlights. This was a perfect stay to end our two weeks in Japan. So happy with this hotel that I will look for their other locations.

Convenient, walkable to Dondori district. Lots of dining options. Only issue is that pillow is too soft to support neck so my sleeping quality wan't good enough.

This hotel was amazing—truly a 5-star experience! The rooftop restaurant offered stunning views and delicious food, and the spa was well-equipped and relaxing. Guest service went above and beyond in every interaction. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had beautiful city views. The location is also excellent—just minutes on foot from major tourist attractions, train stations, and the Yodo river in Osaka. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers who can spend a little extra for a truly memorable stay.

Great location just a quick walk to Namba station. Our room was upgraded for the final leg of our honeymoon and the view was amazing! Amazing staff too.
