The furniture are out dated and very little closet space. The apartments/rooms are very clean. It is very family friendly and safe for all families. It is a very diverse environment. Please keep this in mind Westgate is a timeshare Resort company. They are going to try to sell you a timeshare. Enjoy vacation with your love ones.

It’s amazing for smaller kids not much for older ones. Some of the rooms are remodeled however I wasn’t lucky enough to have one. There was a few hairs on the bed. My neighbors were noisy at 1am /2am. My toilet clogged and it wasn’t a very relaxing vacation

This is a timeshare property. The Waterpark is free for owners and $25 per person for guests per day. Also, the Waterpark closes at 6pm. I felt like this was way too early. The Los Amigos restaurant was an excellent authentic Mexican restaurant.
