"If you are looking to have a good time with your kids, this is the place to go. The facility is very clean, the staff is great, and the water park is large enough to keep children entertained. The pools also have a suitable depth for kids."

"I would not recommend this resort for travelers accustomed to standard hospitality. Unlike any other resort I’ve visited, they do not provide housekeeping services unless your stay is longer than 7 nights. When we requested fresh towels, it took over three hours for them to be delivered. Furthermore, the check-in process was exhausting; we were forced to listen a 20-minute sales pitch just to get our room keys. To top it off, the pool bar was already closed by 5:00 PM, which is very disappointing for a resort."

"The room exceeded our needs. Everytime was great the only complaint I have was it was really crowded trying to leave after checking out. The elevator was crowded about 3 times and we had to split the family to be able to go downstairs. Not an issue if you’re on the first or second floor. We left on a Sunday so expect heavy traffic"

"Room wasn’t clean every day, when I called and asked the service desk that told me that they cleaned the room a day before and they don’t do it every day. I stay there 6 nights, room got cleaned once. Staff more concerned to send you to the concierge which will try to sell Marriott Pulse packages than to accommodate you Also there were short staff and check in lasted 45 minutes"
