「Breakfast was just basics like cereal, bagels, & pastries. It was within walking distance from the lake and the views were just beautiful. There’s only one person working the desk for the entire property so she seemed a little overwhelmed but still friendly. The rooms were comfortable, but those walls are paper thin. Our neighbor’s tv was on all night long and you could hear every bit of it but somehow still managed to sleep through it. Overall it was a good last minute stay for us!」

「The rooms are very spacious and offer a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge and sink. The ski area is fantastic! The only negative is the outdated pool. The inside part, since it continues to the outside, is very worn down and claustrophobic!」

「A very pleasant surprise. This is a very 'value-centric' place to lay your head. Very clean, accommodating check in process, Close to all needed stuff (food, gas, etc). Proximity to Burt Lake State Park is great! It is a bit noisy in the morning due to existing on a main road - not the Owners' fault. Not disappointed in the least. 」

「A very clean and modern hotel. The room was spacious. Everything seemed new. The staff were always polite and helpful. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in Gaylord.」

「The breakfast wasn’t great. Elevator didn’t work so it was tough hauling luggage up a couple floors. Plow guy plowed me in. 」

「Breakfast looked horrible. Nothing appealing about it at all. Left hotel to have breakfast somewhere else. Horrible night sleep because hotel is right on top of freeway. Semi trucks screaming all night long. If you stay there you must get a room on the backbside. The freeway will keep you up. 」

「Cleanest room/bathroom I’ve had in any hotel! Very nice. I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast, but it smelled fantastic. Pool looked very nice as well. Would definitely stay here again.」
