「Before I even arrived, I received a “goodbye” email — not exactly a welcoming start. Check‑in isn’t allowed until 4pm, yet the lobby closes at 5pm, which is incredibly inconvenient and not customer‑oriented. I didn’t meet a single staff member during my entire stay.
The room had multiple issues from the moment I walked in. The towels appeared dirty, and what looked like blood stains on one of the pillows was completely unacceptable. The thermostat was set to 68°, yet the room climbed to 85°...

「It was clean. The grounds not fancy, but kept up, but the hotel itself is shabby. It needs some TLC. We were in a nonsmoking room, but you could tell it had once been a smoking room because of the smell. Cigarette burns in the sink and some of the furniture. Breakfast was coffee, juice, packaged pastries and coffee, tea and juice. Nothing substantial, but the breakfast room was clean and pretty.」
