「Upon rival the hotel clerk at the desk checking me in was not very helpful then they had a convention going on so that made the hotel very busy. My TV didn’t work when I first got to my room my sheet had a stain on them so I tried to call downstairs to the front desk. No one answered, so I had to walk down to the front desk when I got there I spoke with the same lady who seem like it wasn’t an issue and that she would just send someone up there to check.
