"Had a fabulous time staying at CitizenM Bankside. The air conditioning was a great help with the heatwave conditions. Staff as always, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers a great choice to set you up for the day and we had a very delicious evening meal from the restaurant a couple of times. Lovely ambience in the communal lounge area, quirky. Highly recommend a stay."

"Comfortable stay. The room had spectacular views of Tower Bridge however was in need of modernisation. Shower head attachment was falling off the wall and difficult to operate. The bedside light flickered on and off. Cabinet draws did not fit back properly when opened. These were all minor problems that we lived with for the two nights we were there, however do need attention if the Hotel wants to class itself as four star rated and justify the price paid. Overall though we enjoyed our time at the Tower Hotel despite a 5.30 fire alarm!"

"This was an excellent choice for our 4 night stay. The room was a little tight for 3 people but a little roomier than most in Europe. It was a 5 minute walk to the subway (Tube/Underground), so it was great for daily siteseeing. And a special bonus, the bar had my favorite Bombay Sapphire on special, so nightcaps here were great!"

"Clean, spacious, well-laid out rooms but our rooms in the 2nd floor were a bit loud and rumbling in the early morning with street traffic and ground floor activities. Rooms on a higher floor probably would have been better!"
