「The Compass is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at in a while. That's saying something because we've stayed in about a dozen hotels in the last two months alone. The location is perfect for visiting Flagler Beach. It's surrounded by excellent espresso cafes, restaurants, and shopping and is a few steps from the Atlantic Ocean and the Flagler Pier. Staff is friendly and helpful. The free breakfast offerings are somewhat better than average and the house coffee is definitely a cut above....

「I guess this is what you get for this price but little things, like a friendly person at the check-in desk, don’t always cost the hotel extra money. There is a very strange smell in the entrance area and the fitness room is out of service. Could be worse but it could also be better. 」
