「Great location and friendly staff.」

「Not bad at all」

「They only serviced the room every other day. I had to take out my trash, but it was not clear what I was supposed to do with it. I also had to request fresh towels several times.」

「Bed to high. HVAC to noisy. Not enough towels or tissues. Not enough electric outlets in accessible;e places. No USB ports.」

「This hotel advertises as nonsmoking. It is far from it. We checked in and stayed for 5 minutes before we left. We ultimately had to check out due to health concerns. We couldn’t even stay the night and they refused to refund us. I would not recommend this location or hotel chain.」

「No night light in bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and dining area extremely clean.」

「😃」

After telling her that it was unexceptionable she said that she would pay for one night at the Towneplace Marriot (our reservation was for 2 nights)GM also...

「They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. 」

「Terrible shower with algae groth and NO hot water after running for 8 minutes.」
