「I thought to hotel was a good value especially with the complimentary breakfast but the decaf coffee was not good」

「I didn’t think the pictures were were the same as the building we entered. Also the pool was closed and it was supposed to open at 8:00 the next morning. It was not open till we were checking out.」

「This hotel has a vintage, boutique feel. The bar is also where you check in and is open 7am-11pm. Make sure to ask for the WiFi password when you check in. There is only street parking available. The rooms are small but cozy. The staff is very friendly. The location is within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, as well as the St Charles trolley.」

「The Overnight Desk Clerk tried to charge me extra money for "taxes" as I checked out of the room , which I found to be extremely unconventional for a hotel such as this one. I have never had to pay extra for fees before and I didn’t then. I love staying at Towne Place Suites, but this has really placed lowered my view of this property. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again and I will warn anyone in the future about these so called extra taxes being placed on their check outs when...
