「Very convenient location near Central Station. apartment is spacious. Unfortunately no air conditioner in the two bedrooms, only a small unit in the living room. A lot of pests, flies and bugs in the room and toilet everyday, cooking hood not working, cooking stove working intermittently and not fixed for the entire stay of 5 days. Front desk very difficult to reach, has to physically go down every time and response is kind of slow. Ample opportunity for improvements. Overall, an OK...

「The apartment is nice. It’s an old building and has character. It could really use some TLC the sliding doors in the washroom that cover the water tank and washer and dryer were broken. Whoever painted the apartment could’ve taken more care and trying not to drip paint all over the floor. There is a sitting bench in the apartment and it was all sticky with spelt drinks, so obviously it hadn’t been cleaned.What really bothered me was the smell of cigarette, for an absolutely non-smoking...

「到了下午4:00都還沒收到入住的訊息，打電話也一直聯絡不上，到了4:30才有人接電話，真的很糟糕，到了房間後發現浴室很多設備都是壞的，晚上還有樓下的房客來敲門說他們的房間在漏水，問我們浴室是否有積水，但是我們的浴室是乾的啊，真的太爛了」
