We had a wonderful stay at The Cove Hotel! The room was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and provided the perfect place to unwind. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. Having convenient laundry facilities on-site was a huge plus for our trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very quite, quaint apartment. Super comfortable bed with room darkening blinds. Again, very quiet...very good for sleeping well. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also, great location close to numerous restaurants, entertainment and the Mont-Royal Subway

Amazing location near metro, restaurants and shops! Our room was extremely clean and quiet (couldn't hear neighbors or street noise). Check in and logistics were easy and we were grateful for easy and reasonable parking nearby. The bed wasn't super comfortable (felt like thick plastic over wobbly coils), but we managed. We'd stay here again and bring a mattress topper!

Good experience overall. It’s basically apartments turned into hotel rooms so great amenities within the room (kitchen, laundry). There were a few things that could be fixed, like a big hole in the wall over the bed (probably for the installation of a light or something) and the blinds were great but the mechanism to open and close them was broken so we couldn’t really open our window to look out.

Room was exactly as pictured! Very clean and modern. Had a lovely one week stay here and would definitely come back if I ever returned to the area. Staff were very friendly and attentive. If we had an issue or needed something, they were readily available to help. Hotel is conveniently located along the orange metro line and is a quick walk from many good food options and sights! Our only suggestion for improvement would be for the hotel to provide guests with more cleaning supplies, such as napkins, a broom, or stove-top cleaner. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay in this bustling part of the city!

This place has excellent suites and is centrally located in a bustling and vibrant part of the city. It’s literally above a very popular patisserie and in proximity to excellent coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Drug stores and grocery stores are also very close by. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, well-stocked with kitchen utensils and laundry supplies. It was lovely to have front desk service 24/7 especially when I found an insect in my room at 12:30 AM and it was promptly taken care of by the kind young man at the front desk. The staff was also great at accommodating my request to switch my suite due to noise issues (the room overlooked the storefronts and it was too loud for me). They moved me to a wonderful and super quiet suite. Highly recommend the rooms that are facing away from the storefronts and on the upper levels. I would suggest the downstairs bathroom code be shared with guests and that the suites be stocked with paper towels for the kitchen. Overall, one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had anywhere!

The Cove Hotel was a great find in Montreal. We loved our stay and even extended for a few days. The location was great and close to cafes, bars and a variety of places to eat. The apartment was warm, super comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen (even had a dishwasher!) big tv, modern bathroom with good water pressure, washer and dryer (so handy!) The staff were friendly and helpful when you needed anything. We will be back!

The staff was very nice. The hotel is in a central location not too far from public transportation. However my bed had all types of stains on the covers and sheets. Hotel staff was able to move me to another room but it was a downgrade from what I originally paid for. In addition to be doing graded they never issued me a refund for a fair difference in the rooms. I paid for 1 bedroom and ended up in a studio because of random stains on the covers that they couldn’t explain.

Not a lot of silverware, no dishwasher tablets to start off with, dirty dishes. The space heater was much appreciated.
This shredder had old cheese on it. This turned me off that someone would put up dirty dishes.
This had scrambled egg remnants. Yikes! Dirty dishes causes bugs.

Place is great, my only advice would be to pack a few things that aren’t readily stocked—paper towels, a kitchen towel, and maybe an extra bath towel. Pack washcloths if you use those too, because they aren’t provided. But everything else is well stocked, like kitchen tools! Our unit was clean and lovely.
