Great room, good temperature control, shower including shampoos, conditioners, soap, comfy bed and great pillows. The view was lovely, and the place was very clean. The listing didn’t specify my room was on the 12th floor (maybe it is common knowledge for some people when the room is “1203”, but it wasn’t for me). I found the virtual check in to be a lot of steps, as someone with a learning difference it was difficult to navigate as it required switching between different apps for different instructions. Overall, this place was fabulous and I’d definitely choose to stay here again

Everything went easily. The check-in was smooth, the room clean, we found free parking around the corner and never had to drive. There is a great grocery store a couple blocks away, as well as a number of coffee shops near by. It was all great.
