「My stay was for 3 nights. Staff was extremely kind and made sure we had all we needed….very accommodating. Our room was very clean, beds very comfortable and great air conditioning. Plenty of towels and very clean bathroom. Iron and ironing board in the room came in handy! Breakfast consisted of oatmeal or cereal, microwavable Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits, waffle makers, variety of bagels, hot chocolate, coffee, and variety of juices. Ice machine close by and vending machines.I will definitely...

「It was a cute cottage but no one there to greet you or tell you where ice was or microwave that took me a day to find in a lower cabinet. Water I wasn’t sure was left for us?! The brunch at the restaurant was delicious but expensive! Dinner was not offered during our stay as restaurant was closed until Thursday:(. Overall it was ok.」

「We had a great stay. Our room was clean, and the hallways even had a fresh clean smell. Breakfast was plentiful with sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and waffle maker, cereal, juice, milk, coffee plus standard grab and go type items as well. Check in/out was a breeze. We stayed in the same hotel last year to attend the Singing in the Smokies. It is a recently renovated hotel that was just as nice this year as it was last year. 」

「Staying in a bunkhouse at Highlander was wonderful — free parking on the street just behind, clean room, cute welcome note and unique, welcome vibe overall. Checking in was a little troublesome with no one answering the phone and no parking/unloading details on their website, but once I got to my room, I was delighted. It was just very cute and right in the heart of the main drag in Highlands with so much walkable. The patio out front with free coffee and banana bread in the morning was absolute...

「The friendly staff made the check in process quick and easy. The units are a bit dated, but they were clean and comfortable. The units on either side were occupied, but we never heard any noise. I will definitely stay here in the future and add one or two days to check out all the included amenities. 」
