Guests walking upstairs generates lots of squeaking. Summer room was dirty with very old sofas. We felt walking around chairs were dusty and the property should be in better condition given the prices.」

「Relax Inn was just what we wanted for a stay in Bryson City. It was small and cozy with everything we needed and obviously had been updated with a great shower, very comfortable bed, and great WIFI/TV service. We were within walking distance of downtown and the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. If we'd had more time, we would definitely have made use of the rocking chairs outside our door while drinking coffee. We would definitely stay here again if and when in Bryson City.」

「The inn was quaint and quiet. It was set up beautifully for being in Bryson City. The room was clean and spacious. Very comfy feeling. The breakfast every morning was delicious and had many options to choose from that would cater to all types of dietary needs. We added another day to our stay at the last minute and the inn was extremely responsive and easy to work with.
